In cases where a domain cannot be registered due to unavailability, incomplete documentation, or any other issue, we will credit the corresponding amount to your Futurenic account.
- This credit can be used for future orders or renewals.
- It has no expiration date and ensures you retain full value for your payment.
3. Transfer of Services
If you decide to transfer your services to another registrar, we are happy to assist by renewing your domains using the credit balance in your account to ensure a seamless transition.
4. Refund Processing as Credits
All refunds are processed as account credits, regardless of your original payment method. This is due to the transaction fees, payment charges, or bank transfer fees incurred during processing.
- Credits cannot be converted to cash.
- The credit balance in your account remains valid indefinitely for use on future services or renewals.
