Q: Where do I log in to access my account?
A: You can access your client area here: https://my.futurenic.com/index.php?rp=/login

Q: How do I change my information?
A: Log in to your client area and click on the UPDATE section, you can change all the details apart from the COMPANY NAME and for such request you must open a ticket.

Q: I ordered the wrong domain name, can I change it?
A: Domain's once registered cannot be changed. We urge you to ensure that all domains are spell-checked before an order is placed with us.

Q: I no longer have the access to my registered email, how can I access my account?
A: We at Futurenic need to verify the ownership and authenticate the request. For this the best way is to connect with your Account Manager and send an email copy to info@futurenic.com

Q: How do I change my password?
A: Log in to your client area and click on the UPDATE section, there you will find the option to change your password.

Q: I can't remember the answer to my security question, how can I get a new password?
A: You can contact your account manager for further assistance.
